We offer nationwide puppy delivery through trusted and professional pet transport services experienced in handling small animals.
Depending on your location, we provide:

• Ground Delivery: Hand-delivered to your door by a licensed pet courier.

• Air Delivery (In-Cabin): A flight nanny personally accompanies your puppy inside the aircraft cabin to ensure comfort and safety throughout the journey.

We never ship puppies as cargo — every puppy travels with care, attention, and love until safely in your arms.

Health & Travel Preparation

Before travel, every puppy:

• Receives a full veterinary health check within 7 days of departure.

• Is issued a Health Certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

• Is up-to-date on all vaccinations and deworming treatments.

• Is provided with enough food, water, and rest for the duration of the trip.

This ensures your puppy meets airline and interstate travel requirements and arrives healthy and stress-free.

Shipping Costs & Timing

• Delivery costs vary by destination and transport method.

• Once payment is received and your puppy is ready, we’ll confirm a delivery date and estimated arrival time.

• You’ll receive updates, flight details, and courier contact information before and during the journey so you can track your puppy’s trip home.

In most cases, your puppy will arrive within 3–7 business days after full payment and vet clearance.

Pickup Option

If you prefer, you’re welcome to pick up your puppy directly from our location. We encourage this option for nearby families, as it allows you to meet us, see the environment your puppy was raised in, and take your new companion home in person.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that your puppy will arrive:

• Healthy and safely transported

• With a current veterinary health certificate

• Clean, well-fed, and stress-free

In the rare event of any delay or travel concern, we will stay in close contact with you and the transporter until your puppy is safely delivered.

• Delivery arrangements must be confirmed before final payment and shipping.

• All puppies must be paid in full before travel or pickup.

• We do not cover costs related to quarantine, customs fees, or third-party transport arrangements made without our approval.
